You hire lovely people (Naomi L.) but your hotel is a scam. 

I was made to pay an additional $1012.34 to check-in after I already paid for the stay in full with Agoda.

I wanted to check-in more than argue and Naomi assured me I would get a refund with your compliments.

I WANT THAT REFUND REAL FAST BOYS.

AND I WANT YOU TO THROW IN ONE FREE NIGHT AT THE END OF MY STAY FOR THE TROUBLE.

Capisce Messrs Hoteliers?

If you're going to use Agoda for unsold rooms make sure it's hooked up right.

Obviously the system doesn't know I already paid. You should fix that before I subpoena you to appear before my Congressional Committee on corporate scams and bullshit in 2029.

ALSO YOUR CHECK-IN SYSTEM SUCKS. YOU HAVE SOMEONE WOMAN THE FRONT DESK. WHY DOES SHE NOT HAVE POWER TO CHECK PEOPLE IN?

On this hot day because of your lousy technomoron system I had to spend twenty minutes checking in. At a random motor-inn it takes five. I didn't get the check-in email because your Agoda default address is theirs, not mine.

It's a lovely room. Very cool. No complaints. Although getting in it requires an.... eight digit code.

THAT'S A LITTLE MUCH FOR A DARK HALLWAY AND A SMALL KEYPAD. YOU'RE LUCKY I HAVE GOOD EYES. WHY SO MANY NUMBERS? 

As usual at a corporate hotel there is polish but less common sense.

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. NOW!!!!!

$1012.34 for the fraudulent charge 

and either an extra $100 or a free night at the end of my stay.

YOUR CALL. MAKE IT BEFORE I MAKE SOME.
