Don't you think this is a bit unfair?
Two bits are a quarter. So you and some blue Democrats somewhere are going to further discourage the average person that their vote matters, and that this republic is somewhat democratic.
A DISTRICT SHOULD BE SEVERAL WHOLE COUNTIES. Not a pane of dropped glass.
Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Our President never agrees with that idea.
Gerrymandering was disgusting when Governor Gerry helped invent it and now it's 200 years worse.
Why would you support this?

The Constitution is vague on mid-decade redistricting. The Founders never imagined such partisan warfare and didn't add safeguards against it into The Articles.
George Washington warned specifically against it!
Just because your half of the country agrees with everything The Chump does doesn't mean you have to.
And there's another half of the country. I represent them. Officially soon. And they see a whole army of anti-women men trying to rape their rights.
