It's like pop music versus your favorite indie band. You, love the indie band like an artisan cheese. But the mob loves Velveeta. Should you make Velveeta?

Thinking about it from their perspective...
Your formats are tired. I see the nuance and newness of each sketch because i am your biggest fan. But regular non devotees might be thinking "oh another one of these from her".
A Few Good Mentions:
Do something totally diffident with the titles, and layouts and perspectives.
More slapstick?
You enjoy being a named type. "Yourself As _____". What if you were multiple characters? With various outfits and disguises.
You really, might be so inaccessably beautiful that subconsciously it annoys people. "oh here she is again with another video of her looking better than i could ever look." or the male equivalent which is "fuck the league. She's out of my universe".
You may need to visually slum it. Not slut it - ugly yourself up a little to be more relatable. Allow yourself to be filmed looking deliberately not so perfect.
I am thinking outside the box here and against my own enjoyment.
Just decide that every other video, is going to be radically different from any you've ever made. See what hits.
Meanwhile the acting, the dramatic acting you're doing within the comedy - like when you got caught looking at porn - is fucking great. You're so seriously talented. Every glance has a meaning. I wish you were more appreciated by the vulgar audience.

Try doing skits "in the style of" your favorite movies and TV shows. Make one like Family Guy. One like a Will Farrell. One like Naked Gun and Airplane. One like Rick and Morty.
You can even do straight drama, or horror. A totally different genre. you don't have, to be a comediane.
It's comforting to be surprised by someone familiar.
Ideally you want to be yourself and entertain yourself, while connecting with the nation. It's a fine setting on the dial.
