Dear Josh Manager whatever Clarksburg Health Access,
Can't remember your last name doesn't matter.
My mom is going to sue you, and the clinic, for defamation of character and expose your health code violation, or I will, if you don't apologize to her in front of the whole staff and correct the error you told about her involvement in not threatening you. That was me. Non-violently and legally.
Now she's angry. And she is a hell of a lot smarter than you. Also her job back. Give that to her. With you asking, for her to return. And then you do not, talk to her, about anything, that she does, or how she does it in that office, ever again. If you do those three things you won't look bad in super-public. A very visible legal problem inbound. First one's easier.
