Often you can't get what you want. But you very often can not get what you don't want.
"Do this". "No". Is sometimes the only choice you get.
Use it like an anvil from the sky. Your "no!" falls on top of them as they demand in front of you.
The more attention you're getting the more power your no has. Refusing offers, pleas, demands and general desires can become free fun.
More importantly, you can sail the ship of your life against the times you don't want. Like swiping left on Bench. :0) opportunities will come at you faster and faster. Until the exact one you want is offered you can just say nay.
