As well as I can I have been patient with waiting for this refund.
They sent me the confirmation of it Monday. This is next Monday. My bank said three to five days maximum. Not 15 days as they say below it can take up to. Maybe where you outsource your phone support to it takes 15 days.
So either my bank is lying, your customer service is lying, or there's a third explanation I can't create.
Did you make them give me the refund or was that without your participation? Because if it was without your participation please now participate.
If you say "Alex chill it's coming," then fine. I'll wait another week. But I don't trust your un-American in half a dozen ways customer service. I have had enough overly cheery paper pushers tell me they are happy to assist me WHEN I AM NOT BEING ASSISTED!
