Oh! I almost forgot. You charged me ~$35 to book! the room I was already in.

Jesse James, in order to rob the Rock Island Railroad, had had to get up early in the morning and risk his life to make off with $3,000.

You can see what pikers Mr. James and his crowd were alongside of some real artists.

To Whom it May Concern of Fidi Upper Management,

I am staying in room 307.

There is an issue with my bill.

You are charging me three times the available online rate because I added nights through the front desk (note the attachment).

The rate I received for my first two nights was ~$200 after all fees etc. About what I was quoted for tonight by Google.

Yet after checking my bank statement and with the front desk, I discovered the significant, unpleasant difference. I was not informed of the huge rate increase before you ran my card. I would not have consented.

I also find I am having $300 held back for a security deposit ($100 for every day I was told, which doesn't add up either way -- as in, that's too much, and I am here four days).

The summary is you all have charged me a hell of a lot of money beyond what is reputable.

I was booked for tomorrow night too, which I did not request. Hopefully that's already been resolved.

I depart in the morning. I would appreciate a resolution for the rest at that time.
